Innate Trigger – Towards the Turning Point
In all Grids and within each megacity, the encrypted communications of the Resistance surpassed in volume any previous state. The recent events that led to the complete destruction of the Resistance in megacity 1 of the West Asia Grid filled every member of the Resistance worldwide with concern, reflection, and sorrow. The overlords appear to be in a state of counter offensive unrest, and the manner in which the Resistance in megacity 1 of the West Asia Grid was destroyed shows that the overlord army is monitoring the movements of the Resistance more intensely than ever, having studied even the slightest weaknesses in planning. At the Resistance headquarters in megacity 4 of the West Asia Grid, there is tension, unrest, and considerable anxiety. Following the destruction of the Resistance in megacity 1 of the West Asia Grid, the Resistance leadership is forced to accelerate the teleportation experiment between megacities i n order to re-establish a Resistance enclave. The situation does not allow the Resistance’s technicians and engineers any further testing thus, after the voluntary offering of five Resistance members, the trial was scheduled for the following morning.The day was filled with inspections and meetings in order to re-examine every possibility and every scenario in which a problem could arise. Time passed quickly, and the volunteer fighters of the Resistance in megacity 4 of the West Asia Grid began preparing for teleportation to megacity 1 of the West Asia Grid. Excitement was more than evident, as was the concern for the outcome. In the room where the teleportation chamber is located, a heavy silence prevails, and every sound echoes, creating a sense of nervousness. The countdown began, and everyone listened to the numbers anxiously, trying to calm themselves with awkward smiles. At the sound of “Zero! Initiating teleportation procedure,” they all closed their eyes a reaction to the anxiety. Silence returned, until the voices of the Resistance fighters from megacity 1 of the West Asia Grid were heard. “We’re all here, and it seems we’re okay! The initial stage of the trial is successful!” Excitement and cries of success broke the silence. Now the medical tests and assessments must be completed in megacity 4 of the West Asia Grid, to determine whether the Resistance against the overlord army is ready to move to a counteroffensive with a new and very important weapon. The teleportation of fighters and equipment between megacities initially and later between the Grids. Perhaps the Resistance has taken a major step toward freedom.
